Petros was an amazing realtor from start to finish. Whether I had a question at 6am or 11pm, Petros was on it. It is really hard to find a realtor that puts so much of an emphasis on giving advice that he would personally do or recommend for a close family member. My wife and I did not have a ton of money to use for the down payment for our first home purchase; however, Petros was able to work the deal and still help us land our dream 5 bedroom, 3 story single family residency home with a half acre lot. We could not be more grateful for the work Petros has done. Making the decision to sell/buy a new home is stressful, Petros made this process stress-less! He was ALWAYS there to answer the 5.3 billion questions we had at anytime of the day. He was right there beside us every step of the way and gave amazing advice on things to do before our current home had hit the market. Thankfully we listened and multiple offers came in ABOVE asking price and we bought our new home for LESS than asking price with some improvements made before settlement. Without him, I probably never would've went thru with this process but he made it manageable (Family of 6 that was still living in the home during showing....ahhh) Petrosis an all around great guy and so personable. "Petros had a challenge on his hands when he took on our property. Our beloved home was built in the 1860's and was very unique.... very few properties are laid out like ours was. It was a 4 unit investment property (owner occupied in back). It was the front and back of a huge house and 2 small apartments above our garage around the corner with a large yard and a privacy hedge. He worked hard to do showings at times that would not inconvenience our tenants. That was very important to us. Petros made himself available any time we needed him and we all learned a lot through selling this beautiful and yet challenging property. He is a person of integrity and works very hard."
